We recommend insured registered post. Hyper Drive is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Returns are processed Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZST.
Items returned in unsatisfactory condition may not be accepted.
Freight fees for incorrectly ordered items are non-refundable.
A restocking fee may apply in certain cases at our discretion.
You are responsible for return shipping costs to our Penrose location. We cover replacement shipping to you.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
