Great bike rack. Fits perfectly on the tow ball. The tension knob for the tow ball can be turned without tool. The straps are very easy to tighten and can be turned around under an angle which makes it easier to tighten the strap to the wheel.
There is a handle at the back of the rack to drop the rack under angle which allows me to open the car back door.

All in all very happy with this Thule bike rack.
