Anytime you shop online, theres an element of buyer beware, but to be honest, with Hyper, after I purchased the tyres, I turned up at Penrose to have them fitted and was advised on the tyre I had purchased. I didnt ask for help or advice, it just came with the service. I have been a customer for more than 15 years. I drive from West Auckland, and the reason I do it is because "it just works". Hyper have never put me wrong, the service is always consistant and I dont mind waiting when times are busy, because busy happens. The tyres are great, good value for money and do what they say they will do. Happy Customer, easy.
