How it works
Hyper Drive ‘CLICK AND COLLECT’ is an easy way to shop if you just can’t wait to get your hands on your new gear. CLICK AND COLLECT offers all the benefits of shopping online, such as secure transactions and prioritisation of orders plus the added convenience of choosing from thousands of items available on our website. Here's what you need to do.
- Add the item to your cart and proceed to the checkout.
- Select the ‘CLICK AND COLLECT' shipping option. Pay via credit card.
- You will be notified by email acknowledge that your order has been received.
- Allow around 4 hours for your order to be processed - times may vary. Please email drive@hyper.co.nz or call 0800 449 737 if you have any questions.
- Please wait for confirmation email notifying your goods are ready for collection.
- Go to the Hyper CLICK AND COLLECT counter at the chosen location 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm Saturday.
- Bring a copy of your collection confirmation and photo ID. Once we verify the transaction, you're ready to take your items home!
- Some products may take 24-48 hours to arrive at Hyper CLICK AND COLLECT. These are identified by the following information in the product listing “Ships within 24-48 hours”
- Standard Hyper Returns policy applies.
