The Lifetime Guarantee covers manufacturing defects — meaning if your tyre develops a fault due to the manufacturing process or the materials used in its construction, we'll replace it. Simple.

How Much Credit Are You Entitled To?
The level of credit is calculated based on the tread depth remaining at the time of the fault. The more tread remaining, the more credit you receive.

Contact Our Warranty Team
Email drive@hyper.co.nz with your order details and a description of the fault. Our team will respond promptly and guide you through the next steps.

Tyre Assessment
We'll arrange for the tyre to be assessed by a Hyper Drive fitting partner. Keep the tyre stored safely until a courier collection is organised — this is important for your claim to be processed.

Credit Confirmed
Once the assessment is complete, a member of the Hyper Drive team will confirm the credit you're entitled to based on the tread depth remaining at the time of the fault.
Guarantee Exclusions
The Lifetime Guarantee covers manufacturing defects only. The following are not covered — but this is a standard list you'd find with any reputable tyre guarantee.
Accidental Damage
Punctures caused by road objects, bulges from kerbing, or any damage caused by external impact are not covered under the guarantee.
Fitting & Removal Damage
Damage caused during fitting or removal of the tyre (unless fitted by a Hyper Drive fitter as part of a fully fitted service).
Neglect & Incorrect Maintenance
Failure to maintain correct tyre pressures, failure to look after tyres appropriately, or uncorrected balancing and tracking issues.
Overloading & Towing
Exceeding the load ratings defined by the vehicle manufacturer, or towing loads beyond the recommended limits using a trailer or caravan.
Inappropriate Use
Use of tyres for unsuitable means, on defective or unsuitable wheels, or on vehicles where the tyre specification is incorrect or where specialised tyres are required.
Other Exclusions
Competition use, acts of vandalism or theft, fire damage, acts of God, damage from snow chains or incorrectly used inflation devices, or damage from vehicle defects.
