Roadside Assistance T&C's
7 Roadside Services, All Included
Your Hyper Drive NZRA Roadside Assistance package covers the following services — up to 3 call-outs per year, with up to $100 inc. GST covered per event. Any costs above $100 or beyond the 3 annual call-outs are at the member's expense.
Flat Battery
We'll organise a jumpstart for your vehicle, or arrange battery replacement if required. The cost of parts (battery) is at the owner's expense.
Emergency Fuel
We'll organise delivery of emergency fuel (petrol or diesel only) or transport to the closest refuelling depot. The cost of the fuel is at the owner's expense.
Lock Outs
We do not attempt forced entry unless instructed by the customer. We will not be held liable for any damage if asked to attempt a break-in. A locksmith can be arranged at the owner's expense.
Lost Keys
We can organise delivery of a spare key or arrange a locksmith to cut new keys and locks (without immobiliser chip). Locksmith costs and parts are at the owner's expense.
Towing
If your vehicle cannot be mobilised, we'll cover the initial tow up to the policy claim limit ($100). Any costs above this are at the owner's expense.
Flat Tyre
We'll fit your serviceable spare wheel where possible. If no spare is available, we'll coordinate on-site tyre repairers who may fix or replace the tyre — costs at the owner's expense.
Technical Advice
Our trained technicians and customer service team can assist with many issues over the phone — warning lights, vehicle components, immobilisers, alarms, and engine fluid advice.
