Cleaning & Maintenance
To increase the life of your mats, we recommend regular vacuuming. Spot clean if necessary. RubberTree carpet mats are not machine washable. We do not recommend soaking these in water.

These mats are custom manufactured to fit the specific make, model, and year of the vehicle, so we can't refund on incorrectly ordered products.
When placing your order, please make sure to add your vehicle registration plate (rego) so we can ensure fitment. There is a chance we may not have the templates on file, but will advise the best course of action if that is the case.

SHIPPING TIMES
For items showing "In stock at Hyper Drive, ships today " orders placed before 3 pm will leave the same day
*Larger item(s) may take an additional day to be picked up by carrier.
For Items showing "In stock at Distribution Centre -Ships in 1-2 working days " orders placed will take an additional 1-2 working days before they are shipped.
This means the item comes from a 3rd party warehouse and will be despatched in up to 2 business days time.
Outside of business hours during public holidays and weekends, nothing will be shipped, as courier companies do not operate.
All orders paid by bank deposit will be processed and shipped the day funds clear in our bank accounts. This usually takes up to two working days.
Pick-ups are welcome between business hours (Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm and Sat 9 am-1 pm). Payments are welcome to be made in-store.
