I purchased this battery online as it is a suitable battery for my car. Later on I found out that my car battery was not the issue, it was a phone left in the car charging and drained my batter. So a quick recharge worked fine.
So when I went to the store and explained to the team, the staff was very friendly and patiently explained what I need to do to contact the sales team. I then contacted the sales team and was treated with friendly and patients again, staff walked me through how to process for store credit for future purchase.
