Free Shipping Promotions

Free Shipping promotions are subject to the following terms:

• Free Shipping applies to selected products or categories as advertised.
• Rural Delivery (RD) and outer island addresses may incur additional surcharges.
• Oversized items (e.g., roof boxes, large wheels) may be excluded from free shipping offers.
• Free Shipping cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless specified.

10% Price Beat Guarantee

We guarantee to beat any genuine competitor's quote by 10%. The following conditions apply:

• The product must be exactly the same brand, model, size, and specification.
• The competitor must have the item in stock in New Zealand.
• The quote must be current and verifiable.
• The Price Beat Guarantee applies to the product price only, excluding shipping or fitting costs.
• Excludes parallel imports, clearance stock, and auction sites (e.g., TradeMe).

Mobile Tyre Fitting

Our mobile tyre fitting service brings the tyre shop to your home or workplace from $19.99. Terms include:

• Service is subject to availability and coverage within designated areas.
• The vehicle must be parked on safe, level ground with adequate space for our van.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
• Appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather or unforeseen events.

Bonus Gifts

When a bonus gift is offered with a purchase:

• Gifts are available only while stocks last.
• Non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• If the qualifying product is returned, the bonus gift must also be returned in unused condition, or its value will be deducted from the refund.
• Only one bonus gift per qualifying transaction.

Gift Vouchers

Hyper Drive Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift vouchers. Promotional codes cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.

Quotations

Quotations provided by Hyper Drive are valid for the period specified on the quote. Following written confirmation, orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to adjust pricing in the event of significant changes in market conditions or material costs.

Finance & Q Card

Layby

We offer layby on purchases over $100:

• A 20% deposit is required.
• Final payment must be made within 8 weeks.
• Cancellation fees apply if payments have commenced.

Warranties & Returns

We fulfil all obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Items with a manufacturing defect must be reported within the manufacturer's warranty period. No refund or replacement will be given until we receive the returned product.

Debt Collection & Fraud

If products are purchased using a fraudulent credit card or without authority, Hyper Drive will collect payment via a registered debt collection agency. The customer will be liable for all collection costs incurred.
