This the 2nd set of racks as I have 2 kayaks to transport. Bought first set to tru out. Excellent great quality Kayak Cradles! the tie downs are very good too easy to use and less likely to chip paint like other types. They fit perfectly on my Rhino Roof Rack. I had arranged to pick this 2nd setup while I was in Auckland from the store but I arrived after they were closed on a Saturday. But after emailing staff and explaining this they couriered them to me free of charge the early in the next week! now that's fantastic service right there! very happy with purchase.
