1.) In my most recent purchase, the Tyre specs on the website and what was put on didn't match exactly, when enquired by the 3rd party who put on the tyres they advised that's what was delivered by HyperDrive. I phoned HyperDrive and they advised it's likely a mistake (typo) on the website as correct compatible tyres have been sent for the vehicle.
2.) Appointment with 3rd party (Pit Stop) was for 8am Saturday and when I went there I was informed comeback later or leave the car as they didn't have the staff that time. I had to wait for him to open the workshop and complete his setup and had to wait for staff to comein and the tyres to be put on and balanced etc.
3.) On the plus side the tyres that I have currently haven't given any trouble so far.
Giving 3.5 for poor communication and wasting my time. Remove 8am from 3rd party's if they can't meet that early time.
