I bought these tires because they were on sale. The tires I have were manufactured in 2018 so they are not "new". They are only on my car for a about a month so I cannot tell you how they perform and how long they last. The only thing I can tell you is, it is not the most quiet tires on the market but I can't complain about it for the price I paid.
