I've used hyper twice this year for new tyres for both cars. I've found the service great both times. The first time I was semi let down though with the tyres not being at the shop when I was due to get them fitted but this wasn't actually hypers fault. It was during level 3 lockdown and the couriers were stretched over capacity.
It was easily resolved/rescheduled for the next day but would've been nice to have a courtesy call in advance.
Overall great service and deals anyway and would recommend to others as well.
