The tyres are great, I like carter's as a business. This is the second time I have used this business and I have a lot of respect for the manager. The installer told me that I was wasting my money on Michelins and had a real attitude. I asked the manager beforehand if they could do a quick inspection of my brakes/suspension while they did the tyres and alignment, when I queried the installer what condition the car was in underneath all I got was more attitude, and that he hadn't looked. (I have since discovered that I need new rear springs and will have to get the alignment done again once they have been replaced). I politely thanked the manager, as he is unfailingly professional and I felt that I needed to acknowledge that. The installer made me quite angry with his attitude and work ethic, but I felt that I needed to calm down rather than cause a scene so I left.
