I had been dealing with a flat tyre for a week before purchasing one through Hyper... Booked my appointment at a local mechanics to fit my tyre for few days, then day before scheduled appointment, we went into lockdown... Stressed cos I am an essential worker, I needed to still work... I contacted the mechanic to see if there would b anyway to still get my tyre put on and they basically gave me the seen on Facebook.. I was pumping my tyre up x2 daily before and after work for a week before I contacted Hyper to see if there was anything they could do.. chatted with an amazing person on the chat section on th website who organized a new tyre to be sent to another mechanics and got my tyre put on that afternoon... Man, I wish I had just contacted you guys sooner.. whoever I spoke to was a life saver.. thank you so much.. will definitely use Hyper again to purchase my tyres...
