Nice product & easy to install. The box was open at both ends when delivered, the plastic wrap on each spine had also been previously opened and the spines had slipped out of the box, so the delivery person slammed the end of the spines on the ground to get them back into the box and chipped the powder coating off the ends of the spines. Also the lettering of the Yakima badge has moved and is deformed which I now assume it has been previously returned because of this, nothing was done about it and then was shipped out again
