Hands down the best vertical bike rack on the market. It is well constructed and sits nice and high to avoid damaging bikes.
The assistance up and down is a game changer with a full load. The hitch wedge is easy to use and makes the whole unit rock solid on the vehicle. Cable lock and bike stand accessories are also really worthwhile. I attached three hooks on the garage wall and it doubles as bike storage.
