I got these after trying the JVC 4" drvn CS-DR421 and thought they might be an interesting experiment... in comparison, these sound like they would suit being used as rear speakers - the treble/tweeter is quite dull, but the low end is OK. They're not rubbish, but do need to be used for the right purpose.
