Jayjay was very good, sorted me out really quickly. There was an admin issue where I had a change in mind of tyres and the information was not fed to Jayjay, so the incorrect tyres were fitted but he handled it very well and HyperDrive very quickly contacted me to sort another fitting for the correct tyres.
Very happy with the service despite the mishap.
