First time user and was hugely impressed. Bought four tyres on a buy one get one free deal then waited about a week for a mobile filling appointment. Ken, the mobile fitting guy notified me in advance when he was coming and I could even track where he was and how long he would be. Ken was awesome, a really hard worker who was polite and professional, even taking the wheels to the shop when they were a little too big to balance in the van and returned with them the next day - give this guy a raise!
