I bought the tyre and had it installed at my chosen location, and they charged me for install even though I had paid already, and then said I needed a second tyre so they ordered it from Hyperdrive, got the wrong tyre twice, and then charged me double the Hyperdrive price for the item. Great tyre, terrible service
