I had a great experience with Hyperdrive when purchasing a car battery. The staff were friendly, helpful and supportive when I came to collect it. I was particularly impressed by their honesty and prompt response when I noticed the product specifications differed from what was listed online. They investigated the issue straight away, explained it clearly, offered me a few options, and promptly updated their website to prevent any future confusion.
I really appreciate how professionally and genuinely they handled the situation. Highly recommend!
