i ordered a set off roof racks for my vehicle online, it send in stock and 3-5 days delivery. after 3 days i was emailed to tell me that they were in fact not in stock and not ETA for back order so had to order the more expensive pair. they refunded purchase and i reluctantly ordered the other pair, again in stock online... after 6 days and no roof racks i called them to be told these were also not in stock... i should have ordered elsewhere or locally. apparently they are being air freighted to me and am currently still waiting and is now day 4.
