All orders for batteries are held in stock nationwide at various distribution warehouses around NZ and will get shipped from your closest warehouse. In the event, its out of stock locally, it will get sent from the next closest distribution warehouse that has it in stock. We do not ship to P.O Boxes, Private Bags or Islands.

For Items showing "In stock at Distribution Centre -Ships in 1-2 working days " orders placed will take an additional 1-2 working days before they are shipped.
This means the item comes from a 3rd party warehouse and will be dispatched in up to 2 business days time.
We recommend sending your order to your workplace, this will speed up the delivery of your order as someone will be there to sign for it
All orders paid by bank deposit will be processed and shipped the day funds clear in our bank accounts. This can take up to two working days.
Pick-ups are welcome between business hours (Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm and Sat 9 am-1 pm). Payments are welcome to be made in-store.
